What makes it personal?
Your photo is the starting point for a dimensional pet portrait. Distinctive markings, expression and pose help tell your pet’s story. Each portrait is an artistic interpretation, with natural differences from a photograph.
Materials & size
The resin relief portrait sits within a brown surround with a metal attachment. The outer circle measures 8 cm (approximately 3.15 inches) in diameter. The exact leather specification and included accessories will be confirmed before orders open.
How long does production take?
Production takes 10–15 calendar days. Shipping is additional. We are finalizing when the production clock starts within the photo review and design approval process; this will be confirmed before ordering opens.
What are the US shipping options?
Standard Shipping costs $7.99, with an estimated 6–12 business days in transit. Priority Shipping costs $11.99, with an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. Both are in addition to production. Priority does not shorten production, and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
What photo should I upload?
Use a clear original photo in natural light, with the eyes, ears and facial markings visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and hidden faces. JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB are supported.
What if my photo needs replacing?
If a photo is unclear, we will request a replacement before moving forward. The order-linked photo replacement and design approval workflow is being finalized before launch. During this preview, use the contact form with any photo questions.
How does design review work?
We prepare a modeling preview within 2 days after your order and send it to you for review. Please respond within 2 days after the preview is sent. You can request changes or a refund during the modeling stage, before coloring begins. If we receive no reply within that 2-day window, we will treat the design as requiring no changes and proceed with production, then ship the finished item.
When can I request a refund?
You may request a refund during the modeling stage, before coloring begins. Once you approve the design and coloring begins—or the 2-day response window ends without a reply and coloring begins—we no longer accept change-of-mind cancellations or refunds for this custom item. This restriction does not apply to reports of damaged, incorrect or defective items, non-delivery, or rights that apply under law.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. Replacement and refund procedures are being finalized before launch; no blanket no-refund rule applies to damaged or incorrect items.
