Preparation before international shipping
- Pet memorial photo frames: approximately 5–7 days from receipt of usable photos and complete personalization details until international-shipping handover.
- Personalized round pet rugs: approximately 8–10 days in total from receipt of usable photos and complete wording until international-shipping handover. This total includes approximately 48 hours for artwork, plus production, domestic transfer and handling. Suitable submissions proceed directly to production without a separate design-approval step; we contact you if clarification is needed.
- Dimensional portrait keychains and bag charms: approximately 10–15 calendar days for production.
- PU synthetic leather portrait keychains and bag charms: approximately 5 calendar days after your pet photo is confirmed.
Preparation and international transit are separate. These preparation estimates are not arrival dates.
Shipping to the United States
Shipping charges depend on the products in your order and their shipping profiles. Review the final shipping charge at checkout before payment.
At the current store rates, memorial frames and round pet rugs use:
- Standard Shipping: Free; the configured transit estimate is 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Priority Shipping: optional, US$11.99 paid by the customer; the configured transit estimate is 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Other products or mixed orders can have different shipping charges, as shown at checkout. A product-specific free-shipping offer applies only to the products and shipping services covered by that offer.
Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Priority shipping speeds up transportation only; it does not shorten preparation, design review or production.
Where orders ship from
Orders ship from Chaozhou, Guangdong, China, through the YunExpress facility in Dongguan before international transit to the United States.
