- Printed PU portrait: your pet portrait is printed on PU synthetic leather and shaped around your pet. The finished piece is approximately 7–9 cm, depending on the portrait shape.
- Dimensional portrait: a sculpted interpretation of your pet, with a modeling preview before coloring and finishing.

Start with one clear pet photo
Choose an original, sharp photo taken in even natural light. Keep the face, eyes, ears and distinctive markings visible. A front or gentle three-quarter view can show the details that make your own pet recognizable. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots, distant subjects and photos where the face is covered or cropped.

How the printed PU pet keychain is made
- Photo confirmation: we check that your photo is suitable for the printed portrait style and ask for another photo if needed.
- Design proof: after checkout, we prepare a design proof for your approval. Review the portrait details before production begins.
- Printing and finishing: production begins after approval and typically takes about 5 calendar days. The portrait is printed on PU synthetic leather and finished as a keychain or bag charm.
Photo confirmation and proof approval happen before production. Allow time for those steps as well as the separate shipping estimate. Review the PU product page and refund policy for the applicable terms before ordering.
How the dimensional pet portrait is made
- Modeling preview: after checkout, we create a modeling preview and send it within two days of your order. This is a model-stage review before coloring.
- Review before coloring: compare the face shape, ears, expression and markings with your reference photo. For this dimensional style, you have two days from the time the preview is sent to request changes or a refund before coloring begins. If you do not reply within that window, the design is treated as requiring no changes and production continues.
- Coloring and finishing: after approval—or after the two-day review window passes—coloring begins. Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are no longer available once coloring has begun. Production usually takes about 10–15 calendar days, separately from shipping.

Production time and shipping time are separate
For United States delivery, Standard shipping is free, with an estimated transit time of 6–12 business days after dispatch. Priority shipping is US$11.99, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch. These are shipping estimates; they do not include photo confirmation, proof review or the selected style’s production time.
Priority shipping does not shorten production. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If your keepsake is for a particular occasion, allow room for the complete process and read the current shipping policy.
