This personalized pet memorial photo frame brings together two favorite photos, a hanging light and a rose keepsake dome. Choose an engraved message or a frame without engraving, and display it on a shelf, desk or bedside table.
Made with your memories
- Two personal photos: The set includes two prints made from the photos you provide, one for each side of the rotating display.
- Optional engraving: Add a name, meaningful date or short remembrance message, or choose the version without engraving.
- Battery-powered light: The hanging light comes with batteries included.
- A place for a fur keepsake: Add your pet’s fur to the rose keepsake dome yourself after it arrives. There is no need to mail fur to us.

How to personalize
- Choose your frame finish and select with or without engraving.
- Provide two original photos of your pet. You may use two different photos.
- If you choose engraving, enter your text exactly as you would like it to appear.
- Check your photos, spelling and any dates before ordering.
Choose clear, well-lit original photos for the portrait-oriented 10 × 15 cm prints. Leave space around your pet’s face and ears for cropping, and avoid screenshots or images where the subject is cut off.

Free standard shipping to the United States. Priority Shipping is optional and costs US$11.99 at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Priority Shipping does not shorten personalization or preparation time.
Allow approximately 5–7 days for personalization and preparation before handover for international shipping, starting once your photos and personalization details are complete. International transit time is additional; this preparation estimate is not a delivery date.

Can I use two different photos?
Yes. Provide two photos you would like to keep together. One print goes on each side of the rotating inner display, so you can gently turn it to see the other photo.
Do I need to print the photos myself?
No. Two prints made from the photos you provide are included in both engraving options.
Do I need to send you my pet’s fur?
No. You add the fur to the keepsake dome yourself after receiving the frame. No fur needs to be mailed to us.
Are batteries included?
Yes. The frame is supplied with batteries for the hanging light.
What changes if I choose without engraving?
Only the engraved wording is omitted. Both versions include the frame, two photo prints, hanging light, batteries and rose keepsake dome. Choose Without engraving and provide your two photos; no engraving text is needed.
How much space do I need to display the frame?
The frame is approximately 9.8 in wide × 8.3 in high (25 × 21 cm). Compare those measurements with your intended display space before ordering. Room and product examples show styling, rather than a scale reference.

Each item is made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, so please check your photos, wording and selected options carefully before ordering.

These terms apply to our pet memorial frames and personalized round pet rugs. The design-preview cancellation window for our other portrait products does not apply to these two products.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please check your photos, spelling, size, finish and selected options before ordering. Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
For rugs, suitable photos and wording go directly to production without a separate design-approval step. We contact you if clarification is needed.

From receipt of usable photos and complete details, allow approximately 5–7 days for frame preparation or 8–10 days for rug preparation before international shipping handover. International transit is additional; these are not arrival estimates.
